Instructions: Please use this form to request dates to host Mobile Food Pantries. Each fall, the food bank accepts requests for distributions that will occur the following calendar year. These requests help build that year’s schedule, which is finalized on December 31. Any Mobile Pantries requested after the schedule is finalized will occur only with logistical availability, clear community need and a minimum of 30-days’ notice. All requests will be reviewed by the Programs Manager. Submission of the form and receipt of the submission confirmation email, does not guarantee acceptance of proposed dates.
