Much of our region’s hunger problem could be wiped away if we ended food waste. A recent study found that up to 40% of the food produced in the United States goes to waste. By giving surplus food to Feeding America West Michigan instead of throwing it away, you can reduce waste, benefit those in need, and derive financial benefits for your company.

Feeding America West Michigan relies on donated surplus food. That’s how we’re able to provide food to hundreds of local hunger-relief agencies at a fraction of its retail price, getting food to an estimated 492,100 people in need every year.
